Group Virtual Anger Management Class: Dallas and Houston Anger Management Classes offers an Anger Management Program for individuals who are voluntarily seeking, court, mandated, or employer ordered or are personally motivated to learn skills to better manage anger. During the sessions, clients learn how to identify anger triggers, to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy anger, to set goals to overcome their anger issues and to plan strategies for interrupting angry patterns through cognitive-behavior and psycho-educational approaches.

Initial Group Class Fee:
The intake enrollment fee of $50.00 is waived and your deposit covers 3 classes. ($20 per class) This covers your initial enrollment and the 3 sessions. Subsequent classes are $20.00 each.
