Services Covered by This Policy

This No Return / No Refund Policy applies to all services purchased online, in person, or by phone,
including payments made via Stripe, Square, Klarna, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle, including but not limited to:

  • Anger Management Classes
  • Domestic Violence Counseling
  • Expert Coaching for Personal and Professional Growth
  • Court-Ordered, Probation-Ordered, or Voluntary Programs
  • Certificates of Completion
  • Assessments, Evaluations, or Intake Sessions
  • Digital Content, Online Classes, or Virtual Sessions

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All purchases made online, in person, or by phone are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of educational, coaching, counseling, and court-related services, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits
will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to attend or complete sessions
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Change of mind
  • Partial participation
  • Missed or late sessions
  • Court, probation, or legal outcome dissatisfaction
  • Denial or rejection by a court, probation officer, employer, or referral source

Court-Approved & Probation Referral Acknowledgment

If services are purchased for court-ordered, probation-ordered, legal, or referral-based purposes, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payment does not guarantee court acceptance, legal approval, or case outcome
  • It is the client’s responsibility to confirm program acceptance with their court, probation officer, attorney, or referring agency
    before purchasing
  • No refunds will be issued if a court, probation officer, or third party declines, questions, or refuses acceptance of services,
    certificates, or completion documents
  • All certificates are issued based on attendance and compliance, not legal outcomes.

Digital & Immediate Access Services

Many services are delivered immediately or reserved upon purchase. Once access is granted or enrollment is confirmed, the service is considered
used and non-refundable, even if not completed.

No Transfers or Credits

  • Purchases are non-transferable
