As an LPC-S, I am deeply committed to assisting individuals as they navigate the intricate pathways of life’s transitions. Whether you’re grappling with the weight of depression, the tension of anxiety, the intricacies of relationship challenges, or simply the ebb and flow of life’s changes, my aim is to provide you with a safe and understanding environment to explore, heal, and grow.
Central to my therapeutic approach are the principles of trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy. But beyond techniques and strategies, I firmly believe that the heart of successful healing lies within the therapeutic relationship itself. In our sessions, I see our relationship as a collaborative journey. Together, we will set and strive for goals that will bolster your well-being and help you forge healthier, more constructive relationships within yourself and those around you.
When you choose to work with me, you can expect a space where vulnerability is met with compassion, not judgment. Where challenges are posed with the intent of fostering growth. Where every conversation, every insight, is geared towards helping you find tangible, meaningful solutions to the stressors that life places before you.
